RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Check In time: 2 P.M. - Check Out time: 11 A.M.
Winter Season: Dec 1st, 2008 trough Apr 13th, 2009; Summer Season: Apr 20th, 2008 through Nov 30th, 2008 and Apr 13, 2009 through Nov 30th, 2009.
Rates are based on Double or Single occupancy with extra daily charge for 01 additional person subject to previous approval.
Sorry, no accommodations for pets.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING.
Adults only for the Winter season (except during Christmas).
Weekly Rates for extended stays only (4 weeks or longer) during Winter season and will not be prorated.
Mininum 7 days stay could be required for special periods like Holidays.
30% Deposit is required to hold your Reservation for Winter season, Holidays or Group reservations.
Refund of Deposit available (deducting Cancellation Fee) if cancellation is received at least 45 days prior Arrival Date during Winter season, 15 days for Holidays or Group reservations on other seasons.
No charge applied if Cancellation is received at least 3 days prior to Arrival Date otherwise a charge equivalent of 1 night stay will be applied during Summer season.
No refunds for early departures.
