The Carriage House Resort Motel is located about 120 yards from Deerfield Beach's beautiful mile-long public beach where you can sunbathe, swim in the warm calm waters, watch beach volleyball or three-touch foot volley game. Or, just lay back and relax, people-watch, stroll along the coconut tree-lined promenade.
There are about 10 restaurants, grills, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and juice bars to enjoy all at a short walking distance away. By the way, this beach is in one of the few areas in the world where sea turtles (leatherbacks, green and loggerheads) come to lay their eggs; months later you may see the hatchlings struggle to get back to sea.
